Detailed introduction

Mica board is a hard or soft board-like insulating material made by mica paper and high-performance silicone resin bonded, heated, and pressed. The mica content is about 90% and the silicone resin content is 10%.

5660-S series soft mica board, also known as glued mica paper, has good elasticity and flexibility at room temperature, and can be curled into various shapes as required. Customers can choose different toughness products according to their needs, such as the semi-flexible board used in hair dryers. The long-peak soft mica plate can be repeatedly folded dozens of times and placed under pressure without breaking. We can also increase the voltage capability to 1-2 times the standard value according to customer requirements. 5660-S can be used as cover sheet, separator sheet, insulation sheet or high temperature resistant sealing material. Usually used occasions such as: hot air gun, induction furnace, motor, transformer, etc.

Features

Compared with general insulation materials, the outstanding advantages of soft mica boards are:

◆ Excellent insulation performance at high temperature. Under the use environment of 500-1000 ℃, the breakdown voltage resistance index remains 15KV / mm;

◆ Has good tensile properties, can be processed into various shapes without delamination;

◆ Excellent environmental protection performance, this product does not contain asbestos, and it emits less smoke and little odor when heated, even smokeless and tasteless;

◆ Excellent acid, alkali and oil resistance.
