HP5 series hard mica board is made of high-quality white mica paper or phlogopite paper as raw material, and it is a hard board-like insulating material bonded by baking and pressing with high temperature silicone resin. It has excellent insulation performance and high temperature resistance. It can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 500-800C. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, household appliances and other industries, such as for household ovens, toasters, bread makers, microwave ovens, electric appliances, etc. The framework materials of electric heating equipment such as hair dryer, electric iron, heating ring, curling iron, electric comb, power frequency furnace, intermediate frequency furnace, electric arc furnace, injection molding machine, etc., are used as heating brackets, pads and partitions for the above electrical appliances. The product has passed UL safety certification, and the product implementation standard is IEC371-3-3. According to the mica paper used, it can be divided into two types: phlogopite board and muscovite board.
HP5 series hard mica board has the characteristics of high strength, good performance, less smoke, and small odor.
Types
According to different mica paper:
◆ HP5 Hard Muscovite Board
◆ HP5 hard mica board
According to the smoothness of the surface:
◆ HP5 Muscovite Light Board
◆ HP5 phlogopite light board.
Features
Compared with general insulation materials, the outstanding advantages of mica board are:
◆ Excellent insulation performance at high temperature. Under the use environment of 500-1000 ℃, the breakdown voltage resistance index remains 15KV / mm;
◆ Rigid mica board has good bending strength and hardness;
◆ Excellent environmental protection performance, this product does not contain asbestos, and it emits less smoke and little odor when heated, even smokeless and tasteless;
◆ Excellent acid, alkali and oil resistance.
specification
◆ Thickness: 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, ...... 100 mm.
◆ Length × Width: 1000 × 600mm 1000 × 1200mm 1000 × 2400mm
Note: Products with a thickness of less than 2.0mm can be formed by stamping. Above 2.0mm, they need to be processed by turning, milling and drilling.
package
Generally, a package of 50 kg is used, sealed with a plastic film, and then packed in a carton. When exporting, use fumigation-free trays, packing per tray<1000KG, or protect them with iron cases.
Use and storage
Stored in a dry, moisture-proof room temperature, no limit on its useful life.
