The commutator mica sheet is a plate-shaped insulating material made of high-quality muscovite paper and phlogopite paper as the base material, bonded with epoxy resin, and baked and pressed at high temperature. It has excellent electrical insulation properties, and has good mechanical strength and thickness uniformity. It can be cut and punched into various complex shapes. It is an ideal material for the insulation between commutators and can also be used for insulation of other equipment.
